Personalized Mindfulness is a special tool for challenging times. It is easy to use, we provide everything you need. Your part is to courageously commit to pause often, shift your overall mental/emotional state while relaxing deeply, and finally to communicate your experiences to your special listener. If you do those three things consistently, it can change your life!
