Sleep

Sleep! We all need it and want it... but do we get enough?...  And are we really rested?  This area of recordings has a remedy for what ails you if it is sleep/rest that you are missing. They utilize proven techniques to address brain patterns and function as related to sleep and rest.  It has been said that a 20 minute recording is equivalent to about 1 hour of sleep; so you may use these recordings for recovery of lost sleep or improper sleep patterns, or even just to help yourself fall asleep at the end of the day.
