We want to help! Here you will find additional content and tools for supporting yourself and your community in utilizing Take a Breath for Schools and Communities.

Included on the website are content and resources we have developed to support a variety of users.

Additionally, we want to hear from you!  If you have some helpful hints, or a related practice, or something that you discovered...let us now!  Our goal is to be a leader in progressive, collaborative growth for individuals and schools.  We aspire to address the urgent climate and cultural needs of the 21st Century.

Teachers/Educators/Coaches We will offer regular updates and additions regarding current best practices for those on the front lines with students.  There is an evolution in education currently with the onset of the COVID crisis, and there continue to be revisions to content and delivery to students of all ages.

Parents/Individuals We will include relevant information to support adults in the workforce, those in post secondary institutions, those at home, and more.  We will include health and lifestyle information as it applies to Take a Breath.

Community  This a crucial final piece of the Take a Breath for Schools and Communities program content.  There is significant benefit in speaking about what you are experiencing, as well, there is a real need to be a listener for another- a fellow student, a friend, a workmate, another parent, or whomever you are choosing to practice these speaking and listening skills.
